"Time management is really a misnomer - the challenge is not to manage time, but manage ourselves. The key is not to prioritise what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities.” - Stephen Covey
According to studies, only 10% of people feel “in control” of how they spend their time each day. Everyone gets twenty-four hours when they wake up in the morning. Our chances of success are determined by how we use it.
Time is the world's greatest need today. Everyone needs it. It is a great resource. But you can't save time like money and other material things. Unable to handle time, we take daily action to lament the lack of time. Those who spend their time in idle entertainment cannot succeed in their lives.
"Time is the only wealth given to you. You are given the right to spend that wealth. You will not be fooled into allowing others to use your wealth for their own benefit."
Your time is for you. Spend your time trying to achieve your goals. The time management strategies and methods you develop as a student will greatly help you in your later life.
Your focus on studies as a student, the time allotted for it, the gradual completion of the subjects to be studied, and the effective planned time management will help you to move towards your goal.
Reading Habits
Think of the three S’s: supplies, space and same time. This means getting the right supplies ahead of time, keeping them around where they are easily accessible, maintaining a clean and organised work space, and checking your “to do” list or calendar at the same time each day. This also means, studying lessons only at a certain time every day, studying whether the subjects for the week are able to be read as planned, half an hour to study and a few hours to remember reading. After the class is over, you can make a note of the lesson related tasks and check it after completion.
Physical training, meditation, breathing exercises, listening to songs, etc. can be done at leisure. You can use the study space only to study and take care of it without interruption.
Take the necessary rest and do the work regularly.
Reading Environment
Video, e-book use, walking reading, and use of incense in the study area for fragrance reduce stress and make the brain active.
Hope
You have to develop the belief that anything can be achieved.
Dream
Dream often that you have achieved your goal and develop the qualifications you really need.
Don't postpone!
Don't put off work till the last moment. Stop worrying. Don't devote yourself to doing difficult tasks. Take time to do the job. Start work in due course.
Preparing for the final exam
Nothing can be achieved without planning. It is necessary to include time for classes, meetings, exams, study time, lesson plans, rest, and classroom related tasks, participate in sample examinations, and list daily tasks.
Priority is important. Planned tasks should be given priority as per the list and should be performed and succeeded. Time management is essential. Therefore, students dream and develop the qualifications and give priority to planned tasks and use time management to succeed. Don't put off work saying we'll do anything tomorrow. It is not advisable to postpone.
Only the present time has come to you. Lead a life of willpower! SoPlan every action you do. Develop the habit of getting a particular job done within a period of time.
You will be satisfied with what you plan. Prevent wastage of time.
Yes friends!
Time should be set aside and implemented according to the work. This will result in timely completion of work and the rest of our workload. No matter how much we plan, we may have other unexpected jobs. You have to make time for that too. By the time you do it, a few jobs you've already planned may be delayed. Take time to do them. Time management can be done easily if you try with some control, even if it seems difficult at first. Think twice and decide to do any action.
